Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Trackable service with delivery updates

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking available

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hiking gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Blister Plasters and Prevention products (opened or used)
  • Hiking Base Layers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hiking Balaclavas (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our return center at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Processing
